Today I was attend the staff training which is the above title....

It's quite good, in other hand excellent training~
It's all about The Systematic Strategy~
QCD which is Quality Cost Delivery~

GOOGLE EXPLAINATIONS:

 QCD stands for:

  • Quality: In most cases, this view of quality is ‘conformance to specification, rather than grade.
  • Cost: Cost, obviously, has a prominent role due to its close tie to profitability.
  • Delivery: Delivery is the ability of an organization to both hit their promise dates, as well as to get their products in customers’ hands in a timely manner.
This is needed and important in Hospitality Business~
We have to maintain the three things QCD in order to get (RM) or money~
Looking at the past, a lot of business fall because of the other competitors~
The thing is the people who is have to attend this training doesn't there~
They should know this very well~
They should not proud of our business here coz we didn't know what's gonna happen the other time~
